Juniper trees thrive in harsh conditions, growing between rocks and surviving with minimal water. This resilience and adaptability is a lot like the journey of many interior designers and decorators who often work independently, facing the challenges of a competitive industry.
Designing can be a solitary endeavor, with many professionals working in silos, missing the togetherness and support of a community.
At Maison Juniper, I aim to change this narrative. My resources will help you thrive in the demanding world of interior design, much like how the Juniper tree thrives in the toughest environments.

Hi! I'm Melissa.
I'm the founder of Olive and Neon, an interior design studio in Montreal, Canada. I have more than 20 years of experience in project management, which has served me really well in my own business. In fact, I'm an expert in developing processes to improve productivity and organization (truth be told, I love this part of being a business owner).
This is why I created Maison Juniper. To become a source for designers all over the world to learn how to streamline, simplify and organize their business with the right courses, templates and resources.
