Refund policy

Self-Paced Courses and Templates

All sales of self-paced courses and templates are final. Due to the digital nature of these products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is complete. Please ensure you review your order carefully before making a purchase.

Live Online Courses

For live online courses, you may cancel your registration and receive a full refund up until 14 days before the course start date. After this period, no refunds will be allowed.  

Accidental Duplicate Orders

In the event of an accidental duplicate order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the purchase to notify us of the error. We will issue a refund for the duplicate item upon verification.
