Refund Policy
The Freya Template & Scrapbook Library is a digital product and is non-refundable once purchased.
Courses: Cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before each course start date. A 25% cancellation fee applies.
- If you cancel at least 14 days before your SketchUp course begins, you will be refunded for both courses, minus the 25% cancellation fee.
- If you cancel after the 14-day window for SketchUp, or once that course has started, the SketchUp portion is non-refundable. You will only be refunded for the LayOut course, minus the 25% cancellation fee.
- After the 14-day window for the LayOut course, no refunds are available.
